As part of the research project « Communicating the Economy : The effects of news media coverage of the economy on economic perceptions and consumer confidence » (principal researchers : Professor Erik Alb, University of Southern Denmark, and Professor Claes de Vreese, Amsterdam School of Communications Research) two three-year PhD scholarships in Journalism Studies at the Centre for Journalism, Department of Political Science are available as of 1 January 2012 or as agreed.
To qualify for the positions, the applicants must hold a Master’s degree.
